Filing Frequencies and Due Dates

Taxes and fees are reported by calendar years, quarters or months except for:

  • Brine Shrimp Royalties
  • Gross Receipts Tax

Returns are due the last day of the month after the filing period ends (unless otherwise indicated). For example:

If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the return is due the next business day.

Filing frequency and due dates for Sales Related Taxes are the same as your Utah Sales and Use Taxes.
